Original sales receipt must accompany returns.
We accept returns for exchange or refund 7 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 7 calendar days, we will offer an exchange. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
- without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
- within 7 calendar days of the delivery date (after 7 days no returns are allowed)
- must not be a special order or a custom order
- unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 7 days noted in that item's particular item description.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Care immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for a replacement or a cash refund.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
No refunds will be given for shipping cost. Again you MUST contact us within 7 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.

Once your return has been accepted by the shipping carrier it is considered shipped. At that time, we will not be able to cancel your return order and Porch Potty Return Policies will apply.

Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
The best way to find out the exact shipping cost is to go through the check out process on our website. Add all the items you would like to order to your shopping cart online, then go through the process of checking out and entering your address. By going up to this point in checkout, we can provide you with the exact shipping cost to your specific location. The system will not charge you for anything before providing you with the cost of shipping, so you can back out at any point.
The transit time is then 3 - 5 business days depending on your location. All orders ship from our warehouse in the Mississauga, Canada area.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Shipping cost will be added at checkout or provided to you at the time of order.
Porch Potty is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
When your goods arrive at the border, the applicable customs duties, fees or taxes will be assessed and must be paid before your product can be delivered.
